The municipality shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to a balanced ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants.
I. VISION
Kayapa an agro-tourism destination in the region with God-loving and empowered people living in a progressive, competitive economy within an ecologically-balanced, resilient and safe environment under a dynamic leadership.
II. MISSION
To provide a quality and equitable in an inclusive socio- economic development with environmental sustainability and participatory governance.
SERVICE PLEDGE
We, the Municipal Officials and employees of Municipality of Kayapa as well as attached National Agencies, commit to extend quality delivery of services to the people of Kayapa, equipped with the values of discipline, courtesy, honesty and team work, we pledge to perform with excellence.
